Our approach

How a project runs with us

We start from your problem, build what is needed, test it, secure it and hand it over. Here is what happens at each stage.

  1. Discovery

We listen to the business problem first and decide together whether AI is part of the answer.

  2. Architecture

We choose a design that fits your data, your systems and the people who will run it.

  3. Evaluation

We agree how success is measured and test against real cases before anything goes live.

  4. Security review

Permissions, data exposure and tool access are checked as part of delivery, not after it.

  5. Deployment

We release to the environment you choose and set up monitoring.

  6. Handover and support

Your team receives documentation and training. Ongoing support is available if you want it.

After the report

What happens after the findings

Every assessment gives you a report that is useful on its own. If you want help acting on it, the same team continues.

  1. Diagnose

An evidence based understanding of the problem.

  2. Decide

Priorities, tradeoffs, scope and an implementation plan.

  3. Implement

Working changes delivered by our in-house team.

  4. Verify

Agreed checks for performance, quality and security.

  5. Operate

Documentation, ownership, monitoring and support arrangements.

The usual path: a short conversation to check fit, a paid assessment, then implementation or remediation, with ongoing support if you want it. Projects are quoted after scoping.

Who leads the work

Senior involvement from start to finish

Co-founder Rem Darbinyan stays involved from diagnosis through delivery. The engineers and security specialists who do the work are our own team.
