Growth Hacking Specialist

We are looking for the Growth Hacker who will use marketing tactics, data analysis, engineering, A/B testing and creativity to boost business growth.  He/she will plan, develop, execute and measure marketing experiments across a range of verticals. 
  

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and strategize market opportunities based on industry, business size, business needs, and competitors
  • Drive digital marketing plan and closely track ROI by segment to establish the impact of marketing activities and make decisions
  • Bring a deep understanding of growth and optimization best practices such as A/B testing, growth hacker tactics on leveraging product and engineering teams
  • Capture market trends and customer needs to grab opportunities in growth
  • Define new approaches to measure the effectiveness of all user growth initiatives and key business drivers
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, organic, paid, social, affiliate, reseller, educational)
  • Help continually refine the different user profiles and personas of customers through user research
  • Identify, develop and optimize growth channels to drive revenue growth
  • Work with resources across Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to execute the strategies to drive increased acquisition, engagement, and growth
  • Unify and personalize customer engagement around multiple platforms (e.g., PPC, FB, LinkedIn, Email, and Web)
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to develop and implement experiments to test a hypothesis that will drive product adoption and growth
  • Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) to present results and make the product more user-centric
  • Partner with the Product team to recommend and implement opportunities directly within the product to support the product marketing strategy
  • Ensure that marketing strategies are embedded within product roadmaps, communications plans, and project delivery
  • Provide targeting, budgetary and other campaign recommendations 

Technical Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in leading growth strategy, demand generation for a large-scale SaaS business
  • Expert-level knowledge on the key drivers of online user growth at massive, Internet scale
  • Significant experience in B2B technology space with a keen understanding of the Internet ecosystem and technical audiences
  • Experience engaging with Product teams to help define the product, pricing, and packaging requirements for online users
  • Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks to apply them to any businesses or products
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas
  • Experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes, Zapier to automate workflows
  • Knowledge of effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Experience working and understanding funnels, ecosystems, advertiser behaviors to identify opportunities in growth
  • Understanding of SaaS revenue generation and how SaaS businesses are grown and measured

 Non-Technical Qualifications

  • Stay current with marketing trends and styles in various media, including digital and social channels
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within the scope
  • Solid organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • A strong sense of personal accountability is required
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from management and clients
  • High attention to detail; ability to check content for errors and inconsistencies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Must have an energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Be able to meet tight deadlines, prioritize appropriately, cope well with change
  • On-site event and team participation is required

Education and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacker, or demand generation
